• ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING FOR LISTED COMPANIES
  • Creating mandatory documentation, including reports of public company activities as required by the Trading in Financial Instruments Act as well as any associated secondary legislation;
  • Entering the following reports into the EBI system:
    • Quarterly financial reports;
    • Semi-annual and annual financial reports with an opinion from an expert auditor and a report from the Board;
    • Current employment reports;
    • Any other information pertaining to the company’s activity.
• CONSULTING SERVICES IN PREPARING AND SUBMITTING CURRENT AND PERIODICAL REPORTS FOR PUBLIC COMPANIES;
• PUBLIC COMPANY DOCUMENTATION (including: share/stock registers; Books of Board resolutions; Preparing shareholder-meeting resolutions; Keeping a book of shareholder-meeting protocols; Organising notary’s deeds);
• REGULATION ON THE CIRCULATION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION (including: preparing drafts of articles of association, organisational structure, fields of responsibility for key employees; internal circulation of information, secure access to confidential information).
