Payroll and e-files

PAYROLL SERVICES


  • Calculation of remuneration for employees according to applicable regulations and variable data provided by the Client;
  • Preparation of payroll lists, payroll summaries and other reports;
  • Preparation of payslips and employment and income certificates;
  • Execution of bank transfers for the remuneration of each of the Client employees to their individual bank accounts;
  • Preparation of the tax and Social Insurance liabilities to be paid;
  • Preparation and delivery to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) of the applicable declarations;
  • Preparation of annual personal income tax information (PIT-11, IFT-1R) and annual personal income tax returns (PIT-40);
  • Assistance and cooperation with the Client in respect to the inspections performed by Social Insurance Institution, Labour Law Inspection or Tax Authorities.


PERSONNEL FILES ADMINISTRATION SERVICES


  • Maintenance the obligatory personnel files for each of the Client employees (“teczki osobowe”);
  • Registration, updates and de-registration for Social Insurance purposes (ZUS);
  • Calculation and monitoring of the Client employees’ absences;
  • Preparation and delivery of statutory statistical reports and declarations to PFRON(National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund);
  • Assistance and co-operation with the Client with respect to inspections performed by PIP (Labour Law Inspection), providing the authorities with the requested clarifications and/or documents;
  • Preparation of agreed summary employment reports or break-downs.
ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL FILES SERVICES

  • Creating or auditing company’s Order of Work;
  • Creating or auditing company’s internal statutes and Social Benefits Fund statutes;
  • Auditing personnel files;
  • E-FILE – set-up and current up-date of the database of scanned personal documents, stored in electronic format on a separate, highly secured server. Client has safe, direct on–line access to the personnel files. The documents can be copying, printing or confidentially forwarding to people selected by the user;
  • Rendering any other services, not specifically covered by the agreement to provide payroll and/or personnel files administration (it refers e.g. to preparation of additional reports, not covered by the above mentioned agreement).

  • The payroll audit;
  • The personnel files audit;
  • Correction of ZUS declarations
  • Preparation of Rp-7 statements;
  • Creating or auditing company’s internal statutes and Social Benefits Fund statutes.
